When you are out in the sun, you will want to protect your face with a hat. Facial skin is more delicate than skin on other parts of your body, so wearing a hat in conjunction with using sun block is the best way to keep your face from turning red.
Lip Balm With UV Protection
The sun can dry out your lips. Keep them moist and soft by wearing lip balm with UV protection while sitting on the beach or by the pool.
A Bottle of Water
The sun can dehydrate you quickly. Pack a bottle of water or two in your beach bag. If possible, freeze one bottle the night before. It will melt quickly on a hot day, allowing you to drink cold water while on the beach.
Beach Wave Spray
The wind and water can make your hair a mess. Most women ponytail hairstyle, but this can be damaging to your hair if you do so when it’s wet. Spray it with a beach wave spray to bring out the soft, natural waves in your hair instead.
A Ball or Frisbee
The last item you should carry in your bag is a ball or frisbee. Laying on the beach is fun, but it can get boring after a while. Spice things up by bringing something to do with your friends.
