Flights and
Transfers

Choosing to purchase the flight and round-trip destination transfer is totally up to you and your group. We work with the major airlines and one of the most reputable transfer companies to ensure your trip is nothing but smooth sailing.
We're not gonna lie to you and tell you that we can get you the best deals on flights. Sometimes we do, and sometimes it is actually cheaper to buy your own flights online — the option is totally up to you and we will give you all the information you need to make the right decision for your group.
Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) has direct flights from Chicago, Dallas, St. Louis, and Nashville. Most students just drive — parking is free at every hotel we partner with.
Our staff will pick you up and take you directly to your destination so you can start enjoying your Spring Break the minute you step foot outside of the airport!
ECP is about 20 minutes from the Panama City Beach strip. Airport transfers are not included in Panama City packages — most groups drive down or take a quick rideshare from the airport.
Group rates start at 8 travelers and improve again at 16, 32 and 50+. Organizers can earn free or discounted spots — tell us roughly how many of you there are and we'll do the rest.
A Panama City Beach spring break with Go Blue Tours starts at $549 per person for five nights in a beachfront room, including all U.S. taxes and fees, pool and beach access, and an on-site Go Blue host. It is our cheapest destination and the only one most Southern groups can drive to, so there is no airfare. Two things to know before you pick it over an international week: PCB is in Florida, so the drinking age is 21 and it is enforced, and during March the city bans alcohol on the sandy beach. Most college groups travel the weeks of March 8 or March 15, 2027, and you need only a valid U.S. photo ID.

When To Go To Panama City Beach For Spring Break
PCB is drive-in for most of the South, so it fills on the same peak weeks as everywhere else but with far more day-trip and last-minute traffic on top. The weeks of March 8 and March 15 are when the Pier Park concerts and the Club La Vela lineup are built around spring break — outside those, the strip is noticeably quieter.
| Week beginning | Colleges on break | Share | How busy |
|---|---|---|---|
| February 22 | 17 | 2.8% | Quiet |
| March 1 | 129 | 21.5% | Shoulder |
| March 8 | 209 | 34.8% | Peak |
| March 15 | 186 | 30.9% | Peak |
| March 22 | 51 | 8.5% | Shoulder |
| March 29 | 9 | 1.5% | Quiet |
- Peak —
- busiest and liveliest, and the first weeks to sell out. Book early.
- Shoulder —
- good rates, still plenty of other groups around.
- Quiet —
- cheapest rates and the widest hotel choice.
Together the weeks of March 8 and March 15 account for 66% of all U.S. colleges — which is why Panama City Beach is at its loudest, and its most expensive, in those two weeks. Look up your school's exact 2027 dates before you pick a week.
What A Panama City Beach Spring Break Costs
Your package price is locked in up front — that is the number that matters, and it already covers the room, the food and drink, the transfers and the taxes. Flights and spending money are optional extras you control, and they vary by departure city, so we show them separately rather than bundling them into a bigger headline number.

What's included in a Panama City Beach Spring Break package?
Your Panama City Beach, Florida package includes: Beachfront hotel room, All US Government taxes and fees, 5 night stay, Up to 4 people per room. A $99 deposit holds your spot, with the balance payable in interest-free monthly installments.
Is the $549 Panama City Beach package all-inclusive?
No. PCB is our one room-only destination: the $549 covers a beachfront room at the Days Inn, all U.S. taxes and fees, five nights, up to four people per room, and pool and beach access. Food, drinks and airport transfers are not included — the package assumes most groups drive in. Budget for meals separately when you compare it against the international all-inclusives.
What is the legal drinking age in Panama City Beach?
Twenty-one, and it is enforced — PCB adds significant police presence through March. This is the single biggest difference between PCB and our international destinations, where the drinking age is 18. If a meaningful part of your group is under 21, Cancún, Punta Cana, Freeport, Nassau or Cabo will be a very different week for them than Florida will.
Can you drink on the beach in Panama City Beach?
Not during March. PCB prohibits alcohol on the sandy beach for the whole month, which covers the entire spring break season. You can still drink at the beach clubs, the bars and your hotel — Harpoon Harry’s, Spinnaker and Runaway Island are all right there — just not out on the sand. It is worth knowing up front, because the beach-party image a lot of people have of PCB predates this rule. See our Panama City Beach safety guide for the current local rules.
Do I need a passport for Panama City Beach?
No. PCB is in Florida, so a valid U.S. photo ID is all you need. That makes it the easiest destination to organise at short notice — no passport application, no six-month validity rule. South Padre Island and Fort Lauderdale are the other two no-passport options.
Is Panama City Beach actually cheaper than Cancún?
It depends entirely on whether you are driving. If your group can drive from the South, PCB is by far the cheapest week we sell — $549 with no airfare at all. If you would be flying either way, the gap closes fast: Cancún is $699 but all-inclusive, so food and drink for five days are already paid for, where at $549 in PCB they are not. Add flights to both and the international week often lands cheaper overall, on top of an 18 drinking age instead of 21.
Compare Cancún from $699What is the nightlife like in Panama City Beach?
It is the biggest concentration of it anywhere we go. Club La Vela is literally the largest nightclub in America — 48 bar stations and eight themed rooms, and it runs the spring break main stage. Spinnaker Beach Club is next door with beachfront cabanas and daily live music. Harpoon Harry’s has been the Gulf-front staple since 1988, Runaway Island is the beach-level tiki bar with a sand volleyball court, and Pineapple Willy’s is the pier bar people go for the frozen pineapple. Pier Park runs nightly concerts through the season — Pitbull and Morgan Wallen have both played it.
Is Panama City Beach safe for spring break?
For most students, yes, with the usual precautions — and PCB adds heavy spring break policing through March, which cuts both ways: it is safer, and the rules on alcohol, noise and driving are actively enforced. A Go Blue host is on-site all week and reachable 24/7. Our Panama City Beach safety guide has the current local rules and links to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office spring break guidance.
