You have the choice in your package to purchase the airfare through us, or to purchase the airfare on your own, it's totally up to you!
If you chose to have your flight done through us, the dates you select for travel are guaranteed. Your exact flight details will be available approximately 30 days prior to the start of your trip.
Go Blue Tours does not guarantee specific arrival or departure times, non-stop flights, a specific number of stops, or specific airlines. Groups of 8 or more are not guaranteed on the same flights, although we will try our best to do so.
Transportation
We offer optional transfers to and from the airport/hotel for each of our destinations. These transfers pick you up from the airport when you land, and bring you back to the airport on the date you are set to leave.
Round trip transfers to and from the airport/hotel are recommended for smooth operations while traveling, as it's all done by us!

What add-ons can I include with my trip?

Should I book my flights through Go Blue Tours?
It's your choice. You can buy airfare through us or on your own. If you book flights through us, your selected travel dates are guaranteed and exact flight details arrive about 30 days before departure. We don't guarantee specific times, airlines, or non-stop routing, and groups of 8+ aren't guaranteed on the same flight.
Do I need to add airport transfers?
Transfers are optional but recommended. Round-trip airport/hotel transfers pick your group up when you land and bring you back for departure, so everything is handled by us for smooth travel.
Can I add these after I book?
Yes. Every add-on is optional and can be added to an existing booking — just ask your Account Executive and they'll update your package.
