TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Go Blue Tours, LLC
Last Updated: March 27, 2026
Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding contract between the traveler (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) and Go Blue Tours, LLC (“GBT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Massachusetts limited liability company. By submitting a reservation, making a payment, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by all terms contained herein.
Please read this Agreement carefully before booking. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use our website or services.
Tour Operator
All packages and related travel components have been arranged by Go Blue Tours, LLC (“GBT”), a tour operator specializing in spring break travel packages for college students. GBT acts as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, and ground transportation companies. GBT is not the direct provider of air transportation, hotel accommodations, or ground transportation services.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations and payments may be made by accessing your account online at secure.gobluetours.com or by calling (855) 224-6258 during regular business hours.
A non-refundable per person deposit in the amount described in the brochure, flier, invoice, website, or confirmation is required by the due date in order to guarantee your reservation. Final payment deadlines and amounts will be specified at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods
GBT accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards. You may make payments online through your secure account at any time. By providing your payment information, you authorize GBT to charge the agreed-upon amounts and acknowledge that all charges are subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Package Inclusions
All package inclusions are listed on your invoice and are subject to the terms contained in this Agreement. Package inclusions vary by destination, travel dates, and selected options. GBT reserves the right to substitute accommodations, airlines, or other components of comparable or superior quality if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Reservations
Any change to a reservation after payment has been received must be requested in writing by emailing [email protected]. GBT cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated. Changes may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to airline change fees, hotel rebooking fees, and administrative fees. No oral or voicemail change requests will be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. No oral or voicemail cancellations will be accepted.
All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
GBT strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection insurance to safeguard your investment. Your right to a refund is limited unless covered by an optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel protection plan.
Travel Protection Insurance
Go Blue Tours offers optional travel protection insurance through third-party providers. Available coverage may include Accident & Sickness Medical Expense, Emergency Medical Transportation, Baggage Loss/Damage, Travel Delay, and Cancellation Protection.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR): This optional plan provides a refund of 75% of what you pay Go Blue Tours (excluding the insurance premium) if you cancel for any reason. The CFAR plan must be purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit or payment.
Travel protection is made available at the first stage of payment and may be purchased online through your account. For full plan details and to file claims, visit travelinsured.com.
All passengers must have a form of travel protection prior to departure.
Refund Procedures
For US students, refund options are limited to claims against your travel insurance policy. All refund requests must be submitted as claims directly to the travel insurance provider. GBT is not responsible for processing refunds for covered claims. Please refer to your insurance policy documentation for claim procedures and timelines.
Special Circumstances and Custom Bookings
At times, a non-refundable deposit may be required by a vendor or supplier to guarantee a special reservation or custom arrangement. These deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing and are separate from GBT’s standard cancellation policy.
Airfare and Flight Details
Most airlines require non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking. Once flights are purchased, airline cancellation and change fees are the responsibility of the Participant and are separate from GBT’s policies.
Your exact flight details will be available approximately 30 days prior to departure. The dates of travel listed in your reservation are guaranteed; however, specific flight times and airlines may vary. GBT will not purchase flights until all passengers in a group have paid in full.
Alternate Airports: For certain departure cities, GBT may use alternate airports within the same metro area. Departure airports are assigned based on availability and pricing. Applicable metro areas include NYC (JFK, LGA, EWR), Baltimore/DC (BWI, IAD, DCA), Chicago (ORD, MDW), and Miami/Fort Lauderdale (MIA, FLL).
Health Protocols and Pandemic Provisions
Travel policies, entry requirements, and health protocols are subject to change based on government regulations, destination-specific requirements, and evolving public health conditions. Go Blue Tours does not assume responsibility for a Participant’s failure to comply with health protocols established by hotels, airlines, cruise lines, or government agencies.
All expenses associated with medical treatment, testing, transportation to medical facilities, quarantine accommodations, and changes to travel arrangements due to health-related issues are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
Proof of Citizenship
ALL NAMES MUST MATCH YOUR PASSPORT EXACTLY. All travelers are required to have a valid passport for international travel. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure their passport is valid, current, and meets the entry requirements of the destination country. GBT is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid travel documents.
Air Transportation
Fuel surcharges, government departure taxes, and other fees imposed by airlines are subject to change and may increase the cost of your airfare. GBT is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or any airline service disruptions. Airlines are solely responsible for their own policies, performance, and operations.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are arranged by GBT and vary by destination, travel dates, and package type. Room assignments, occupancy, and configurations are determined by the hotel. GBT cannot guarantee specific room types, views, locations, or configurations.
Security Deposits: Most hotels require a refundable security deposit at check-in via credit or debit card. Incidental charges (room service, minibar, damages) are the responsibility of the Participant and will be charged directly by the hotel.
Ground Transportation
The type of ground transportation provided by GBT varies by package type, travel dates, group size, and destination. Ground transportation is shared and may include airport transfers and scheduled group shuttles. Private or on-demand transportation is not included unless specifically listed in your package.
Optional Tours and Excursions
GBT has made arrangements with various third-party suppliers to offer optional tours and excursions at each destination. These activities are operated by independent companies and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and liability provisions. GBT is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from optional activities.
Unused Tour Arrangements
No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused accommodations, flights, transfers, excursions, or other services included in your package.
Tour Cancellation by GBT
GBT reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by GBT, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or offer alternative travel arrangements at our discretion. GBT’s liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a refund of payments received and does not include additional expenses such as non-refundable airfare purchased independently or other travel costs.
Participant Code of Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in accordance with the rules and regulations of the hotel, airline, and all service providers. GBT reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of any applicable laws or rules, without refund.
Communication with Parents and Legal Guardians
Participant acknowledges and authorizes GBT to communicate with any minor Participant’s parent or legal guardian regarding their trip, safety, behavior, or any matter GBT deems appropriate.
Assumption of Risk
Participant acknowledges that international travel involves varying degrees of risk, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, property damage, illness, epidemics, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, and other hazards. By booking with GBT and participating in any travel arrangements, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your trip.
Alcohol and Drug Awareness
Participant and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge that the legal drinking age in many international destinations differs from the United States. GBT does not condone or encourage underage or excessive alcohol consumption or the use of illegal drugs. The use of illegal substances in any country may result in arrest, imprisonment, and/or deportation. GBT assumes no liability for any incidents related to alcohol or drug use.
Terrorism and International Unrest
Participant acknowledges that international travel includes some exposure to the risks of terrorism and political instability. GBT monitors U.S. State Department travel advisories but cannot guarantee the safety of any destination. Participants are encouraged to register with the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at travel.state.gov.
Consent to Photography and Video
Participant and their parents or guardians authorize GBT, its affiliates, licensees, and assigns to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the trip for promotional, advertising, marketing, and editorial purposes in any medium, without compensation to the Participant.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Go Blue Tours, you agree to the following:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from Go Blue Tours. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. IMPORTANT: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Service availability may vary.
Limitation of Liability
By agreeing to this Agreement, Participant acknowledges that GBT acts solely as an intermediary between you and the various travel service providers (airlines, hotels, ground transportation, excursion operators, etc.). GBT is not the owner or operator of any transportation vehicle, hotel, or activity provider.
GBT shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, expense, or irregularity arising out of or caused by: (a) the acts, omissions, or negligence of any travel service provider; (b) weather, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, terrorism, or other force majeure events; (c) the Participant’s own negligence or failure to follow instructions or applicable laws.
GBT’s maximum aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant to GBT.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Disputes and Arbitration
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the services provided by GBT, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Release of Liability and Waiver
As consideration for being permitted to participate in travel arrangements made by Go Blue Tours, Participant voluntarily releases, discharges, waives, and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against GBT, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, arising from or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during the trip.
This release is binding on the Participant, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
Medical Treatment Authorization
Participant understands that GBT is not responsible for medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the trip. In the event of a medical emergency, Participant authorizes GBT representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on their behalf if the Participant is unable to do so. All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
