Travel Protection
Protect your travel investment with Cancellation Protection
We highly recommend that you add the CFAR travel protection to your account at your next payment in order to protect your investment and have medical coverage while traveling abroad.
Planning a trip is like an investment that you always want to protect in case of an emergency. We do advise you to add this to your package and protect your spring break investment because anything can happen, for example:
• A family emergency
• You break your leg and you can’t go
• You no longer can afford the trip
• Your flights get canceled
• Weather conditions
…The list can go on and on! So, in case you need to cancel your trip for any of the reasons above or more, you will be covered by the optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan. If you don’t purchase this Travel Protection, and you want to cancel your trip, you won’t get any refund.
By choosing to purchase this protection, you also receive Post Departure Travel Protection. This Post Departure Travel Protection Plan has been created to suit most any traveler’s coverage needs like:
• Accident & Sickness Medical
• Emergency Medical
• Transportation
• Baggage Loss/damage
• Travel Delay
• Travel Accident
This coverage is available to every state in the US and varies depending on the state that you live in, but will cover you as soon as you make your first payment. With CFAR (Cancel for any reason) you can cancel for any reason and receive at least 75% back minus the cost of the travel protection.
For every state except New York, you are able to go onto your account in your Go Blue Tours Portal, click “Make a Payment,” and you will be offered the travel protection right then and there! Simply click “Yes” and you’re good to go!
For those residing in New York, you do need to go to this link, within 14 days of your first deposit being paid and purchase the CFAR travel protection!
If you did purchase our travel protection and need to cancel, just send an email to your Account Executive and they will email you with more information on filing a claim with the travel protection and receive a portion of your money back.
